I’m getting closer to releasing my newest project file on Videohive. Its called Metal Matchups and is intended for broadcast sport packages where two team logos would be shown together. The file could also be used to display highlights or to add interstitials to games (i.e. First Half, Second Half, ect.).

Work is piling up a bit, so it may take a while before I’m ready to upload this to Videohive. The thing I’m most excited about in this file is that I’ve begun to incorporate expressions to drive animation, so the user can simply change a numerical value to control the number of times the object rotates. I have also begun linking expressions across multiple compositions, so you can alter a camera move from one central comp, so that they are all in sync. This is a very powerful way to bring better usability to my projects, and I’m just scratching the surface. I’d like to start creating animations that are triggered by user-defined values so that they don’t need to fuss around with keyframes.
