Oakland is blessed with more than one sizable lake, so we really have our pick of BBQ locations on the weekend. It’s really not something you’d expect in such an urban environment, but they are a great change of pace from the hustle-bustle of the city. Coincidently, or at least incidentally, both lakes are teeming pools of filth unsafe for direct human contact.
